Axillary/scapula pai: Consider reflux. h pylori gastritis,constipation with gas pain,mycoplasma inflammation with costochondritis rarely may be vascular like dissection( if Marfan's or cocaine use) or pulmonary embolus( check d-dimer for both these rare events). Followup with doctor/ urgent care
