Usually nothing!: They may represent PRIOR infection or tiny stones. They have no significance unless they are small stones in which case they could block (obstruct) the kidney involved. Knowing they are there is the important thing. Your Primary Care Provider will determine if a consultation with a UROLOGIST is necessary

Findings: Findings on radiographic studies sometimes can be misleading. Usually there are findings that are benign and mean nothing more than there is something there without any significance. As far as seeing a urologist it would depend onto he reason for the MRI in the first place. If you were having left sided back pain it could be caused by a renal stone which could explain the MRI findings. talk tp MD

Fetal kidney/dilated: This is probably not a serious finding, but your pediatrician will investigate any need for medical attention after delivery.  Sometimes there are strictures in the upper ureter on the affected side, but this can be fixed post delivery in most cases.

Enlarged renal pel-: ves.  A fetal anatomic survey by a perinatologist is indicated.  The kidneys should be monitored once a month to be sure that the ureteropelvic junction does not constrict, a rare occurrence causing hydronephrosis, which is a treatable condition if found early

Needs followup: There is a higher risk of a urinary tract problem if the measurement is greater than 10 mm on either side. At this point the study should be repeated again after 4-6 wks and it will sometimes normalize.

No, clarification: Renal pelvis is part of the kidney  structure - collecting system that allows the urine to passinto the ureter.  So renal pelvis cannot be  dislodged from the uterus. I suggest you clarify with your physician  about the report.
