Not likely: Kidney tumors are generally not palpable on the front or the back.

Not likely: Some tumors can be seen on plain x-ray but ct and MRI are much better for looking at the kidneys.

See an endocrinologi: Kidney rumors are unlikely to cause gynecomastia. Most of gynecomastia patients have normal hormone levels. Some could be related to a particular testicular tumor. An ultrasound of the testicles should be performed to rule it out.

can a kidney tumor be 4mm and be diagnosed as malignant? my doctor is suspicious and has me going for an mri now.

Your doctor: Is being appropriately cautious.  Be thankful he/she is being vigilant.

Depends: Size of a kidney lesion is of note, but usually not the key factor in determining whether it is benign vs malignant.  Other factors such as if it contains fat or if it is purely fluid vs has soft tissue components are more important.  The MRI should answer these questions for you.

Contact ordering Dr.: When patients don't get x ray results they should contact their ordering Doctor. A daughter of a patient needs to supply the approval, which is most required to be written, of the patient themselves due to privacy laws.
No inference can be made by the lack of a report.

recent stage 1 kidney cancer, kidney  removed. 6 months later, follow up scans showed clear. shortly after, a tiny tumor appears in salivary gland. how likely is that the result of spread from previous kidney tumor? why didn't recent scans catch it?

: The tumor in salivary gland is unlikely to be related to kidney cancer. Scans can show lesions only if a lesion is present in the area examined. It is unlikely that you had a scan of your head during work-up of kidney cancer.

Unclear: If the diagnosis of stage 4 long cancer is correct, this may be the calm before the storm. If the diagnosis is not correct, that could be the reason there are no other symptoms. The issue is really more complex than be sorted put on this forum. Need lots more info. Hope this helps!

i recently found out i have a tumor on my left ovary, i also have severe shoulder pain and pain in my kidney all on my left side. is this normal?

Coincidental: I think that it is concidental that your shoulder pain and your kidney pain are both on the left side.It may be just musculoskeletal pain for  the shoulder or refer pain from gallbladder problems. You need to see doctor to evaluate both kidney and shoulder pain.
