I recently found out i have a tumor on my left ovary, i also have severe shoulder pain and pain in my kidney all on my left side. is this normal?

Coincidental: I think that it is concidental that your shoulder pain and your kidney pain are both on the left side.It may be just musculoskeletal pain for the shoulder or refer pain from gallbladder problems. You need to see doctor to evaluate both kidney and shoulder pain.

Need More tests: Ovarian tumors can spread in such a way to cause this additional pain. Just because you have this pain, does not mean that the tumor has spread. But you definitely need these scans to be sure. Having an isolated ovarian tumor should not cause the pain that you describe. Good luck.
