Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

Viral: Ear clogged and pink eye is most probably viral. You may also have sinus problem. Try decongestant. Antibiotics don't work against viral conjunctivitis.

See an MD: Are you diagnosed with seizure disorder?  It's normal to feel groggy and 'out of it' for a while after a seizure, but severe headaches don't necessarily go with seizures and would need to be worked up by an md.  See an md, because some seizure disorders are life-threatening if not controlled.  A neurologist would be best suited for this.

Yes: The facial nerve travels just behind the ear drum on its way to supply the muscles of facial expression including the muscles of the upper and lower lid. Its as possible for infection or tissue swelling to affect the nerve. It is uncommon and usually a reversible problem

: Your symptoms are relatively complex, not easy to make the diagnosis without an exam but I am sure you will be safe in the next couple days. Please do not worry, enjoy Thanksgiving and wait for ENT appointment on Monday. You can take Ibuprofen OTC 200 mg x 3, q 6 hrs as needed for pain in the next 3 days.

Best to see doctor: The upper cervical nerves form the stellate ganglion which can go rostrad to the head for innervation. The lower ones do control the neck and shoulder muscles. It is difficult to just say that the problem is that. It is best to have it evaluated especially in view of the eye twitching.

A Twitch in Time: Blepharospasm is the term used for eye-twitching that can be a manifestation of an underlying peripheral nerve condition or central nervous system process.  Acute trauma around the eye can also result in delayed spasm during nerve healing.  In many cases anxiety can also cause this secondary to both acute and chronic stress.  If stable, consider it only a nuisance.  If changing seek an exam.

Rapid Eyelid itching: Allergic reaction to the medications may occur after the injection such as itching, rash, etc. depending on the medications used. Usually they are mild/moderate, and can be treated with anti-pruritic medication. 
The pink at the injection site may be due to the needle injection and fade over a period of time unless it is severe. If the above symptoms persist, you need to contact your physician.
