: She may be one of the few that are naturally immune, developed immunity from past vaccine or had it without symptoms sometime in the remote past. There is also the possibility she had it but tested negative, all of which has been known to happen.

This could just be a seroma (a collection of tissue fluid) draining or it can be a sign that the incision is breaking down and going to come open.
