Scar: Is usual and sometimes is lessened by local rubbing - massage of that tissue.
Generally shrinks over time.
If not plastic surgery can usually revise.

Call your doctor: Laser surgery on tongue for what? Are you taking medications? We would need much more information in order to help you. I suggest that you call and see the doctor who performed the surgery and ask those questions of him/her.

: There are a lot of factors which influence the risk of contracting lyme disease including the region of the country you live in and the amount of time the tick is attached. Dead cells: These are surface dead cells from the laser, it will regrow and go back to normal color in a few days, if not call your treating physician.

Wound Infections...: ...Can occur following any type of surgery: open, laparoscopic, robotic, etc. Staph infections are very common, arising from bacteria that normally reside on our skin. Typical signs include pain, redness, and purulent (pus) drainage. If this sounds familiar, call your surgeon for a follow-up visit asap.
