Eat: fresh: meat, fish, poultry,fruit and vegetables with lots of cereals and grains, Drink 8-10 glasses of water/day.

i have n inflamed finger. it largely swells up if  take it off a cold item. please help, i just started off as a small pain  in the finger. its so big and gets hot and painful . help?

Hello. : Hello. Fruits have a high sugar content. Adding in healthy fat and protein would help to prevent spikes in blood sugar (hypogylcemic index). The different types of food would need to be eaten together to get these benefits.  Because of sugar content, want to lean more heavily on vegetables instead of just fruits for first two meals.  I would not call the diet you are describing as unhealthy, but it is unbalanced and may be lacking in nutrients. Take care.

The condition often leads to shyness in removing your shirt in appropriate conditions, and some men tend to where loose-fitting clothing in order not to call attention to it.  If it really is bothersome, consult a plastic surgeon.
