i have gotten a number of larger, red, itchy bug bites with whitish yellowish centers in a few of them over te last few nights while sleeping. i have also developed a sore swollen tonsil on my right side with white splotches on it, are these interrelated?

Hard to tell: Although it is unlikely that they are related, it is also impossible to rule out such a probability without more information and possibly testing. The yellowish stuff in the lesion is suggestive of an infection and thus you need to see your doctor about this problem.

Variable: As long as the swelling does not represent an abscess, the redness should resolve within 7-10 days. Avoid scratching it. Keep it clean and apply a 1% hydrocortisone cream. If the area becomes painful or hot or is enlarging in size think of infection and see your doctor about an antibiotic or drainage.

Common: Inject a foreign material into the muscle &amp; it should have a response. Transient swelling &amp; redness is expected, the warmth is dilated capillaries that are part of the reaction. This all usually fades within 48-72 hrs.

If not better: With Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or a non-sedating antihistamine like zyrtec, the is more likely a bite then sting and may be infected. Try one of two options & if not improving, see your dr or urgent care.

pain, swelling and redness of big toe. was diagnosis w/ spider bite on big toe, no visible mark & nail didn't grow for a year after. could it have been gout?

Maybe: The picture you describe is certainly compatible with an acute gout attack. However, gout is an extremely rare disease in a premenopausal female. If it happens again, try to see a rheumatologist.

i am experiencing  rash on back and buttock rash. the following also describe me: skin redness or irritation and skin rash. what could cause this? they look like big bites but they are on the top of my butt my side and right under one of my breast

Folliculitis?: A common cause of raised bumpy red irritated rash is folliculitis - may be made worse by prolonged exposure to moist clothes. You may want to see a doctor (or do a virtual consult with good pictures of the rash) to get a diagnosis for what is causing your rash.
