i have blind pimples, they are not visible just hard under-skin feeling.

they are like in a line starting from the back of the head to the neck side and now they reach the shoulder top.

i am worried as they are extending and hurt sooooooo much?

What part of the ear: I'm not certain what portion of the ear the  pimple was on.  I'm unclear what you mean by a blind pimple With Pimples we're concerned with the could have a staph infection. This is something you can clarify with Your physician.

just leave alone and the inflammation from popping it

Injection by derm: "blind pimples" are deep acne lesions that usually do not reach the skin surface. They can't be "popped", so don't try, you'll only make them worse. The best treatment is injection of an anti-inflammatory medication with a very tiny needle. A dermatologist can do that for you. You'll probably also need an antibiotic to prevent formation of further lesions, but the dermatologist will decide that.

Leave it alone: Keep it clean and don't pop it any further. When you pop a pimple, you may drive infection deeper in the skin or increase the chance of scarring.

Use a acne med and a good sunscreen (irritated skin or acne-medicated skin can be more sensitive to sun damage).

Leave it alone 1st: If you keep on popping it, the lesion will never go away. I fear however that you might have introduced some germs into the lesion while popping it. If so, you may end up with some pain and pus in a couple more days. It may also be from fluid which may or may not require drainage.
