: Entirely risk free. There is no STI risk without direct genital-genital, genital-anal, or genital-oral contact. Even these are low risk if there is no penetration. Something other than STI is causing your symptoms.

Poor correlation : Both of your questions can be answered by a simple blood test and a BP measure. The neck pain or headache is a very non-specific marker for either.

It is restoring balance throughout the body and conducting repairs. Sleep deprivation reduces this process leaving the brain and body at a less functional level.
