A lot!: Acid reflux refers to acid washing out of the stomach backwards into the esophagus. This can cause heartburn and barrett's esophagus. The gall bladder stores bile, and releases it to help digest fatty foods. It is located between the liver and the duodenum and empties into the GI tract after the stomach. If stones plug it up, it may need to be removed. No gallbladder is safe than acid reflux.

Bile duct obstructed: More serious is why is the bile duct obstructed? Weight loss and bloating  can be from the process that is causing the bile duct obstruction, gallstones? autoimmune ? mass at the head of the pancreas? .The  bile can back up into the liver/blood and  causes yellow skin/ eyes- jaundice, fluid in the abdomen,ascites from pressure. Location of Symptoms: The location of the symptoms is in the region of the stomach and pancreas. Would be good to try and figure out when/why symptoms are arising and see if there is a consistent trigger for them (eg. Does it get worse/better when you eat?). In general a loss of appetite and consistent pain warrant an evaluation with doctor.

Gallbladder surgery: Post gb surgery  you have to monitor your diet. 5-10/100 will have post surgery diarrhea/ dumping. A high fat diet,caffeine, dairy, sweets may result in diarrhea. it may be as a result of increased bile in GI tract .Sometimes meds that absorb bile like Questran (cholestyramine) are useful. May be change in flora of intestine,so probiotics may be of some use.Also maybe retained stonne /infection. See a doctor.

Variable: I guess you are asking about a low gallbladder ejection fraction on a hida scale. Depends on your symptoms. Gallbladder surgery if there are gallstoes. If a lot of discomfort & nausea from biliary dyskinesia without stones, then may get relief with gallbladder surgery. Just leave alone if there are no gallstones & little or no symptoms.

Not much to tell: Patients do very well without a gallbladder. In our culture it serves little purpose, and is certainly not vital.About 10% of my male patients and 33% of my female patients can have temporary urgency, a vigorous need to have a bm about 30-45 minutes after a meal . Self limited or easy to stop w Imodium (loperamide) AD. You have all your bile, you may eat fat, and you won't have chronic diarrhea. Good luck.

Gallbladder: Cholecystectomy is typically very well tolerated without complications. Rare complications can include bile duct injury or liver injury. May have some diarrhea after the procedure.

Hard to say: There are literally hundreds of synthetic cannabinoids, which can be very different chemicals with different effects. There are about 5 common chemicals found in spice/k2, but the concentrations are uneven and some batches may be toxic while others have very little drug. It may be contaminated with other chemicals as well. There are reports of gallbladder problems with these drugs. Stop using them.

Overall it does not : At times people have difficulty tolerating fatty foods after cholecystectomy.  Some patients also complain of having bowel movements somewhat urgently after eating.  For the most part people with chronic gallbladder disease feel much better after having their gallbladders removed.
