No surgery is 100% safe and risks may include infection, hematoma, bleeding, excessive bruising, scarring, dehiscence, asymmetry, pain, numbness, discomfort, contour irregularity, over or under correction, vaginismus, dryness, dyspareunia, vaginosis, vulvodynia, irritation, unacceptable cosmetic result, need 4 revision.

No: For reduction of labia minora there is no need to wait after finishing having children.
Labia minora will not have an effect of vaginal delivery. Now if you want to have a vaginoplasty, then i would advice you to wait.

Accepted Answer

Labiaplasty: Reducing the labia will not affect your sui.  If you leak you will still need to wear a pad if your leaking is significant.  By the way, your sui can be easily treated with a simple, safe, and effective procedure called a mid-urethral sling.

No: If done correctly there should not be any change in color. There several techniques for labioplasty. One of them will preserve the labial edges, if that is your concern. Other patient may not like the color of there labia. In this case labiaplasty can be done in a way we eliminate this edges.

Ask surgeon : Not all surgeries are the same.  Ask your surgeon. I usually recommend 6 weeks

You : You most likely won't feel like having sex for 7-14 days but you should probably avoid trauma to the area for at least 4 weeks. Discuss this with your plastic surgeon for their advice.

As : As long as you are healing well you can resume some exercise within 2-3 weeks. You should not start running for probably 1 month but your plastic surgeon will guide you in these instructions.

Possible not probabl: While discoloration is possible it is not probable. In fact most patients prefer the appearance  afterwards because the labiaplasty eliminates the darker portions that patients frequently dislike.
