No and yes: Medications can treat underlying lung function, but not the diaphragmatic paralysis. This will sometimes improve with time. If it does not, and you are still having breathing problems, surgical plication of the diaphragm can help.

been experiencing acid reflux for a while,my gp put me on repeat medication a month ago and it's a 6 months repeat. on friday i started feeling pressure/pain on my diaphragm. should i go see a specialist?

Gastroenterologist: Yes, I recommend that you be evaluated and treated by a gastroenterologist. In this manner you will have appropriate testing including test for h. Pylori and probable esophagogastroscopy. . In the meantime avoid alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, and other stomach irritants like aspirin, ibuprofen and naproxen.

can anxiety cause intractable hiccups? i've had them for over 2 years and ive tried multiple medications relating to diaphragm problems; not helpful.

Yes absolutelty: yes hiccup come from irritating the diaphragm if you have it that often and that long you need a work up and a treatment 
stress can inititaed but it will never keep it going that long
there is something wrong with the diaphragm

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. However, it is highly unlikely that you injured your diaphragm. You may wish to get a second opinion from a pulmonary medicine specialist.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Pain in your: diaphragm?? That's the first I've heard of that.  How do you know it's in your diaphragm?  I don't know that you'd be able to tell.  The phrenic nerve supplies the diaphragm, and irritation more often leads to hiccups.  More likely pain in your stomach associated with heartburn, equals acid reflux (GERD).  Try an antacid for several days and call your doctor if it's not better.

Many things: Common reasons for paralysis of the diaphragm include interruption of the phrenic nerve due to trauma, invasion by tumor and vascular compression. Additional reasons include neurological diseases like ALS and ms as well as strokes.

does having endometriosis on your diaphragm put you at higher risk of developing complications from covid 19?

COVID 19:  I have found no literature that indicated that endometriosis is a risk factor for COVID 19 complications. Even if there is endometriosis on diaphragm (which I am assuming is on abdominal side), I am not aware that it would cause problems.

i've had severe pain that starts just under/right at my diaphragm that radiates through to my back. any ideas on what this could be?

Gallstones,UlcerGERD: Several problems come to mind with your  symptoms.  If the pain is on the right under your diaphragm and it is aggravated by a fatty meal(like pizza) it could certainly be a gallstone.  Ulcers , hiatal hernias and gastroesophageal reflux disease can also  present like this. See your provider and check it out!
