I was weightlifting and experienced some pain in my diaphragm. now i'm having pain in my esophagus too. what might this be and treatments?

Pain in your: diaphragm?? That's the first I've heard of that. How do you know it's in your diaphragm? I don't know that you'd be able to tell. The phrenic nerve supplies the diaphragm, and irritation more often leads to hiccups. More likely pain in your stomach associated with heartburn, equals acid reflux (GERD). Try an antacid for several days and call your doctor if it's not better.
