Can there be any medications or treaments for paralyzed diaphragm?

No and yes: Medications can treat underlying lung function, but not the diaphragmatic paralysis. This will sometimes improve with time. If it does not, and you are still having breathing problems, surgical plication of the diaphragm can help.
