Gallstones,UlcerGERD: Several problems come to mind with your symptoms. If the pain is on the right under your diaphragm and it is aggravated by a fatty meal(like pizza) it could certainly be a gallstone. Ulcers , hiatal hernias and gastroesophageal reflux disease can also present like this. See your provider and check it out!
