No medication: Aspergilloma is a cavity with Aspergillus inside in the lung. The only definitive treatment is surgery. Most Aspergilloma cause no direct ill effects and just need to be followed with yearly chest X rays. There are a few complications such as bleeding that require immediate treatment. Most cause no problems besides being there and having to be followed.

When prescribing for pts on dialysis, it is essential to consult a reference guide to determine if the drug is subject to renal clearance and requires a dose adjustment. Best to discuss with a nephrologist.

Tolerance: Everyone is different and so is everyone's ability to accept pain. One person may be able to take lots of pain but not say a thing, conversely, another may say it's killing them.  Lidocaine is usually used to remove teeth for local anesthesia.

Fad diets dangerous: This fad diet is not safe or effective and i would advise you to stop the insanity. This is one more fad diets that looks 'clinical'
but is designed to make some people rich and to keep it's clients obese.

That much caffeine is well known to cause diarrhea and other GI upset.  

You will return to normal when you stop this product.

Now weight loss principles are well known and work!

Other BPH Options: While a TURP (transurethral resection of the prostate) remains an excellent option for bph, there are several other surgical therapies. They are less likely to have side effects more common in turp, such as incontinence, impotence, retrograde ejaculation, or TUR syndrome (absorbing too much fluid during surgery).  If medications fail or are intolerable, ask your urologist about tumt, tuna or gyrus.

In office or in OR: When pins are used in hammertoe surgery, the pins usually protrude through the tips of the toes and are easily removed in your doctors office with some pliers.  If the pins are buried under the skin, like some doctors do in bunion surgery, he may need to take you back to the operating room and under light sedation with local anesthesia make a small incision to remove the pins.

You should be fine: Usually after 48 hours you should of formed a mature blood clot by now. If you wanted to be extra careful you may want to stay away from carbonated drinks for another 24 hours.  I typically ask my patients to stay away from carbonated drinks for 72hr. To help avoid loosing the blood clot.

i had sebacious cyst on my back which ruptured on its own and the skin is flat now..  what next? how to ensure that sac is removed? any medication?

Consider Excision: If you had a ruptured sebaceous cyst that is now healed and shows no signs of infection, such as redness or tenderness, then you do not need any medication at this time. At this point, you may want to wait to see if the cyst recurs and, if it does, have it removed. Your other option is to have the area where the cyst was removed now, in effort to prevent future recurrence.
