You should be fine: Usually after 48 hours you should of formed a mature blood clot by now. If you wanted to be extra careful you may want to stay away from carbonated drinks for another 24 hours. I typically ask my patients to stay away from carbonated drinks for 72hr. To help avoid loosing the blood clot.

Yes: Drinking alcohol in moderation if normally ok is alright now.

Not recommended: It is too soon. Wait at least 72 hours because alcohol might interfere with the healing process. After 72 hours you should be able to consume alcohol responsibly in moderation.
