Concerta: Is he diagnosed with ADHD?   Since ADHD is very over-diagnosed I would wonder how much care was put into insuring the diagnosis was correct. Was he started on a dose of 36 mg or was he started on a lower dose and titrated upwards?  Concerta is a stimulant but it usually slows down people with ADHD and accelerates most other people.

Urine Ketones: Yes and no.  Ketones end up in urine as a result of a person using fat as an energy source.  This can happen during dieting, during fasting, anytime carbohydrate intake is limited.  Diabetes results from Insulin being absent or ineffective.  Insulin makes it possible for sugars to enter cells and become energy.  If Insulin is absent or doesn't work that is like fasting.  So, yes or no.

Complex: usually, kerion looks like a deeply inflamed crusted plaque with overlying hairloss and crusting

i recently had a negative endometrial biopsy and a consultation coming up very soon. i do not know what further questions to ask now. what would you suggest? i have had suggestions such as further examinations etc but am keen to hear your suggestions?

: The questions would depend on your symptoms and other health issues that your doctor knows better than is feasible in this forum. If you continue to have symptoms, especially abnormal bleeding, it will require continued follow-up and may be additional investigation.

Need more info: Not familiar with kefir. If you have GERD or esophagitis it should be treated by your family physician and/or a gastroenterologist with an FDA approved medication. These conditions if left untreated properly, can lead to more severe problems.

is it safe to keen taking nortriptyline if you have c diff? being that nortriptyline makes me constipated

Chances are high : That if you have c. Difficile, you may be having bouts of diarrhea. So you may not be absorbing much of your nortriptyline anyways to be constipated. You might want to contact your doctor to let them know you're having this problem, if they don't already know. So that they can advise you best on what to do.

Avoid alcohol: I am not familiar with kefir.   The main thing to avoid after extractions is alcohol.
You also want to avoid and hot liquids until the anesthetic wears off.

if you take an antibiotic n replenish ur good bacteria with probiotics/kefir will it still kill good bacteria?

Some basics: When you take an antibiotic it will kill off any germ susceptible to that antibiotic at the concentration achieved the way it is taken. If you are taking probiotics at the same time it will kill some of the "good" germs. Probiotics taken after completion of the antibiotic  are more likely to survive. The need for or benefit from probiotics in this situation is controversial.
