Avoid alcohol: I am not familiar with kefir. The main thing to avoid after extractions is alcohol. You also want to avoid and hot liquids until the anesthetic wears off.

Should be fine: Kefir is a milk product with live bacterial culture. Many doctors prescribe antibiotics that protect from infection after wisdom tooth extraction. You may find that these probiotic bacteria improve your digestive regularity or prevent yeast overgrowth. The bacteria present shouldn't cause an infection and should be fine to drink.
