Chances are high : That if you have c. Difficile, you may be having bouts of diarrhea. So you may not be absorbing much of your nortriptyline anyways to be constipated. You might want to contact your doctor to let them know you're having this problem, if they don't already know. So that they can advise you best on what to do.
