Treatment will depend on the area ( which part of the urinary tract) and the staging. If it is localized and small and no invasion to the muscle etc- surgical resection to cure it will be the goal . If invading to the muscle/lymph node etc- chemo would likely be needed. D/w your urologist.

I see you're only 35 years old and this makes your case atypical. Try to get to a cancer center that handles a lot of these cases.

In advanced cases it will have spread requiring surgery followed by radiation, and possible chemotherapy.
