: The Danger is it is very unlikely you need B12 at all at your age. But if it is clear you do get fresh bottle. Assuming you hand not inserted a needle in after you have drawn it out or used it likely no problem. If it is cloudy discard.

Calories: I am aware that people get weight loss from the keto diet, and if that has been your tool that is OK. However, for permanent weight loss if takes eating less calories and doing those things that improve your calorie consumption- exercise and life style changes. For many people a low glycemic diet is best to follow. However, in the end game it is calories in versus calories out.

Emotional hunger?: Your starving and purging most likely has left you malnourished and dehydrated.  Such behaviors are suggestive of an eating disorder.  Recommend further evaluation with your doctor with referral to mental health professional.

hello, i have been taking microgestin 1/20 for one cycle. i kept taking the pill 5 days into the next cycle. should i stop taking the pill now or not?

You can: You have just extended your pill cycle, similar to what women do when a special weekend or trip is coming up and they do not want to menstruate. Menstrual periods on birth control pills are drug induced from withdrawal of the hormones in the pill and generally are not necessary. That is the basis for the three month cycle pills or Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) where women theoretically have only 4 periods per year.

LH: They don't really detect ovulation at all, ovulation kits detect lh, whenever they are used. That's what makes them turn positive. You can often pickup HCG on an OPK kit, but they shouldn't be used for that - they are less sensitive and more $$ than a home pregnancy test.

Normal: It is normal for the ovulation test to be detected for 48 hrs after which it fades  away or disappears completely. What is being tested for by the ovulation kits is a hormone called lh that surges to cause ovulation. The level then drops after the surge. It is therefore not necessary to check your ovulation kits once a positive result is seen as it will normally go away in approximately 2 days.

took ~4g of bcaa 1st time yesterday evening before workout and i couldn't  sleep, kept waking up and felt weird. should i stop taking or will i adjust?

Reduce dose or stop: Reduce the dose by 50% and see if you improve or you can stop.  Other possibility is to continue at current dose and see if your symptoms are just coincidental.
