is the fisher wallace stimulator effective for anxiety and pain?

In some, yes: The fisher wallace stimulator does have active ongoing research plus published research as well.  It can be useful -- either separate from, or combined with, medications for anxiety, depression, and pain.  It requires at least 5-10 sessions for effect.  It requires a prescription, and costs ~$695 (which insurance may or may not cover.)this is comparable to other devices, such as the alpha-stim.

any doctors have any advice for adjusting to electro-stimulation therapy to treat depression anxiety and insomnia? im using the fisher wallace device and first use had bad anxiety during it and now have a mild headache.

CES: Many of my patients use cranial electrotherapy stimulation but all use AlphaStim. None of them use products by Fisher Wallace. I have NEVER had a patient develop anxiety with use of CES. If you are experiencing headaches,  the microamperes may be turned up too high or the sessions may be too long for you. I was surprised to read that the Fisher Wallace stimulator doesn't require a prescription??

Many possibilities: Lower abdominal pain with cough can be many things, but if accompanied by heavy bleeding, one big concern is miscarriage, or possibly ectopic pregnancy, which can be very serious.  An examination by a doctor can evaluate you for other causes too - such as appendicitis, colitis, bladder infection, hernia. Do a pregnancy test, or just see the doctor right away for an evaluation.

Ear cleaning: You may need to see your primary care provider for some help[. They should be able to so that for you. If not, consider an ENT specialist. Hope this helps!

No: Gallbladder removal cannot be reversed.  Talk with your doctor about what you can do about your need to use the loo.

: It is impossible to tell you what your cosmetic surgery will cost since each surgeon charges different fees. Any even if you were given a number today, by the time you saved up that amount the procedures would cost more.

Kale: Kale can be steamed, baked into chips, eaten raw in salad, sautéed, stir fried or blended with other ingredients into a raw drink or smoothie.

Varies: There is no "should" about kale. But about half your food should be low carbohydrate vegetables for best health, so kale can be part of that. I find that if you eat too much of any one thing, even something as good as kale, you can have problems with it. So, maybe eat 2-3 bunches of Kale a week along with other vegetables.
