No need for : Supplements. Have a mixed diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts; low in saturated fats, no tobacco, no alcohol; exercise 30 minutes each day and stay away from junk food.

Vegetables & fruits: The healthiest foods to eat are fresh vegetables & fruits (though best fruits are less sweet ones like berries, cherries, citrus & apples), preferably organic.But nothing will totally balance the damage caused by junk food- esp. New junk: This diet is just the latest in thousands of pseudo-scientific diets that aren't scientifically valid, but are designed to sell books, supplements, etc. And get someone on tv to scare a lot of people who don't know better. Eat a normal, well balanced diet and exercise daily. Don't get your health info from friends, tv or the internet.

Get help: If you have become a vegan for moral reasons, be sure you know exactly what you are doing, and take the supplements you need, or you will ruin your health quickly. You'll lose weight because your food doesn't taste as good, and meet fitness enthusiasts which is good. The vegan industry is full of both very good and upstanding people, and also shameless crooks and liars. Be smart & good luck.

Not a medical concep: The idea of "balancing the hormones" doesn't have a good scientific or medical basis. A healthy diet is all you need! plenty of fresh vegetables, and a varied protein source are essential. Include olive oil and fish oil, but minimize the amount of saturated (animal) fats.

Good balance: 5-7 servings of fruits and vegetables a day. 3-5 ounces of lean meat, chicken or fish as protein, or eggs, or 1 cup of milk. Complex carbohydrates in the form of whole grains, should make up 1/4 of your plate servings. 1/2 your plate should be fresh fruits and or vegetables. And 1/4 of your plate should be protein.  Beans and legumes are also healthy carbohydrates.  Avoid too much fat, fried foods.

is it possible to get all cholesterol from food so as liver do not need to produce the  balance 75% ?

Accepted Answer

No: Nor would you want to. The cholesterol your liver makes is exactly what your body needs (barring some metabolic defect). The cholesterol you eat may or may not be what you need. In the end, it's much better to eat a low fat, well-balanced diet and let your liver do it's job as intended.

i have small body and maybe underweight, my appetite on food is big, my food is balance meal. do i have any health problem?

Does not seem so: It does not seem so but if you have any concerns consult your primary care doctor and get a thorogh physical exam with weight and height.Complete history including family history about wt/ht of your parents, comprehensive physical exam and if indicated blood/urine test to give you clean bill of your health.
