Micro-vessel disease: These white matter lesions appear mostly to be the result of microvascular disease which is seen in normal aging (40"s +), migraines, hypertension, and possibly some of the clotting disorders which can result in tiny, ministroke events, (eg. Huges syndrome)

Request  a  neurological consultation from an MS subspecialist, as these films need clarification and a definitive diagnosis is clearly indicated.  If indeed MS, you are advised to start a high efficacy medication ASAP.

That will depend: on your age. For example, if you are say 50 or older then one might say this is commonly found in that age group. On the other hand , if you are say 23 years old it is not common in that age group and has other meanings. It is therefore best to talk with your doctor
