Lipo vs chin implant: Depending on the cause of your "weak jawline", there are different surgical options.

It is difficult to tell from your picture, but if there is any fatty tissue present, sometimes simply submental and neck liposuction is effective.   Alternatively, if your chin is weak, a small chin implant can be placed in addition to liposuction,  it should only be done by a board certified plastic surgeon.

Head size: The head bones fuse and then grow as you age.  But a surgery to reduce the head doesn't sound like a good idea.  As you age your body may grow into your head size.  Talk to your doctor about your feelings about your head size and you may benefit from talking about it.  Maybe seeing a plastic surgeon to talk about what you don't like will help you accept your body.

Absolutely not!: Why shouldn't you improve yourself if possible?  Some people exercise to look better, some individuals use make-up.  Patients undergoing cosmetic surgery are no more "unwell in the head" than those individuals.

Improve, not remove: Scars are permanent, but they improve with time. Pressure treatment, silicone sheeting and steroid injection may hasten their maturation. They also improve with time and may not reach their final appearance for 6-12 months.

While nothing in medicine is ever really "new" the technique's popularity is usually credited to sydney coleman in nyc. Typically it's been said you lose about 1/3 of fat grafts via the coleman method, but this seems to be less with new harvesting and processing products and techniques.

Probably not: You should stick with the diet your surgeon gave you. If they made incisions in the mouth, they will usually have you on a "full liquid" diet for awhile.
Once you are cleared for a "soft" diet, consider this to include things you could eat with no teeth (e.g.: mashed potatoes), i.e. Things that do not require chewing.
