Gluteal : Gluteal (buttock) pain can be due to inflammation of a nerve or even muscle pain. Take over the counter anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen, try icing the area three times a day for 20 min, if that does not work try heat, and lastly there are stretches you can try. I will attach a link.
If your pain worsens, does not improve, or you have difficulty controlling your bowels see a doctor immediately.

why has my eczema gone all of a sudden? cleared up, with no cream or special treatment applied. was it the temperature change that caused this orr possibly just coincidence?

Humidity: Eczema does better when the environment is more humid. On the other hand, the triggers for your eczema might have been gone in your case.

: He may have low blood pressure when standing up (orthostatic hypotension), especially if he is on antihypertensive medication or medication for prostate problem. 
Sugar level of 193 should not cause any symptom except he has lost significant volume because of uncontrolled hyperhyperglycemia which can also cause orthostatic hypotension or exacerbate this adverse effect from the above medications.

Epididymitis...: ...due to chlamydia and other STDs, usually would show an abnormality by ultrasound, but not always. If you have apparent epididymitis, with tenderness and definite swelling of the involved testicle, and sexual exposure with STD risk, the usual practice is to treat for presumed chlamydia even if not confirmed by testing or ultrasound. Better safe than sorry! Also ask sex partner(s) to be tested.

Cancer: Usually start with a barium esophageal with fluoroscopy. Other imaging studies may indicated, i.e. CT or MRi with contrast. Endoscopy/biopsy indicated if suspicious findings.

Chills : Chills can be a sign of infection, especially if you have fever as well. Do you have any other signs of infection (sore throat, ear pain, burning with urination, rashes etc.?). If your chills don't go away you should visit your doctor for a medical exam and treatment as deemed necessary.
