Can stomach orr esophogus cancer be detectected via abdominal ct scan?

Cancer: Usually start with a barium esophageal with fluoroscopy. Other imaging studies may indicated, i.e. CT or MRi with contrast. Endoscopy/biopsy indicated if suspicious findings.
