Please see your MD: There are a range of possibilities with the symptoms you are describing.  I am concerned about possibilities ranging from eczema to shingles, but can't give you a diagnosis without an examination. It sounds like you need to see your dermatologist asap. I hope you feel better.

Soda: Please re-phrase your self-talk.  Saying I can get around to drinking water but it is a challenge at present will empower you.  I can’t won’t.  Soda is addictive and the studies on diet soda say one gains more weight on them.  Pure water is best, perhaps w/some lemon or lime in it.  Please see your doctor to be monitored and supported. Blisters: The cluster of blisters reminds me of shingles or herpes zoster. It is related to the chickenpox virus and is contagious. Have him checked to confirm the diagnosis.

Could be hsv: if painful and lasts for week or more, could be hsv..might consider getting culture or antibody blood test for hsv...would not have sex till dx made.

Blisters: There's no way to tell what this might be without taking a look at it. A dermatologist's eyeballs are the most important tools she/he has to work with, and in order to make the diagnosis, we have to see the patient.

Not likely: Stage 3 kidney disease does not usually cause pruritis. Do have it checked though as it may have got worse.

Try cold shower: Different people have different sensitivities to hot and cold. Try taking a cold shower.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

This : This is a bit tricky to answer without a picture and more clinical information.  I doubt it was from the blood draw.  This time of year it could be many things including a medication reaction, eczema, a viral exanthem, psoriasis, dry skin from low humidity, and many others.  Perhaps a visit to a dermatologist would be helpful for diagnosis and treatment options.  I hope that helps a little!
