May not be related: Blood in the stool is abnormal and depending on bright red blood vs. Dark, tarry black stools may help doctor to know which part of the GI tract is affected.  This should be checked out!  a rash of itchy red bumps also has a  number of possible diagnoses.  Take a photo of rash if it seems to come/go so the photo can be shown to the doctor.  These may or may not be related.

Likely Follicilitis: If you've shaved that area you are prone to developing a Follicilitis of the hair roots.  This can become infected or just cause bumpy areas.

: Rashes should be examined before moving on to causes and treatment. Urticaria (hives) are common, wax and wane over time, and leave no mark. They can recur over days, weeks, months, or years. The longer they recur, the harder it is to find a cause. Itching can be treated with Zyrtec (cetirizine) or other over-the-counter antihistamines. Seek an allergist to identify the culprit, if there is one

Photo?: To diagnose you correctly, i would need to see the "bumps", and have more history.  Any fever or sweats? Any history of allergies? Joint pains? Recent antibiotic use? Recent trip to the dentist? Family history of connective tissue disorders or autoimmune diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, or thyroid disease)?  Are any of these bumps painful?

PLR: Polymorphic light eruption (PMLE) is a skin rash that occurs with exposure to the sun. It is not the same as sunburn. PMLE is not harmful, but can be itchy.The rash normally heals completely within a week if you avoid further sun exposure. Meanwhile, a cream containing corticosteroid will help to settle the rash.

Everytime?: Some people develop hives after a hot shower and sometimes it can happen after swimming too, called cholinergic urticaria. Another hematological disease called polycythemia vera can also cause it. Take a picture of the rash and show it to your doctor. Try taking taking an oral antihistamine 30 minutes before showering and see if it helps.You could also be reacting to the soap if it is new.

Bedding?: I would suggest that you examine the mattress for any bed bugs . Not being insulting, we shed skin all the time and spend 8 hours a day in bed this shed skin is a cause for bed mites etc. You can wrap the mattress in a bag that prevents this, pillows as well
I think the bed is the culprit because you don't complain of this during the day
