Everytime?: Some people develop hives after a hot shower and sometimes it can happen after swimming too, called cholinergic urticaria. Another hematological disease called polycythemia vera can also cause it. Take a picture of the rash and show it to your doctor. Try taking taking an oral antihistamine 30 minutes before showering and see if it helps.You could also be reacting to the soap if it is new.
