Probably not: Itching in previous scars is very common. I suggest you call your doctor for an examination and possibly a mammogram or ultrasound.

Ask you Surgeon: Every surgeon has his/her own way of advising their patients.  I suggest you contact your surgeon.  Generally speaking, most patient should refrain from vigorous activity for 4-6 weeks following surgery and wear a support bra.

Variably: Numbness is normal over the breast after surgery and gradually improves over time, typically months. Nipple numbness is rare afterwards but can be permanent.

Possibly: With a breast reduction surgery there is a chance that the nerves around the nipple can suffer some trauma that can cause either a temporary or even permanent loss of sensation (numbness). Only time will tell whether this is permanent or not.

Postop recovery: Typically after a breast reduction the patient will recuperate for about 1 week prior to returning to work/school.  In addition, there will some restriction of activities for usually at least 2 weeks after surgery.  This usually includes no heavy lifting or exercise for 2 weeks.

Yes: On occasion firm area of the breast can develop following breast  reduction  as a  result of poor blood supply to the fatty tissue of the breast.

Scarring: That depends.  Everyone heals differently and some people may be prone to keloid scarring, which may not resolve over time.

Depends in time: Yes especially if it is within the first month ... Certain areas may feel numb ...? However, you should see your surgeon if it is the nipple .. That feeling may be altered but not numb ..

Days: The majority of the initial swelling will diminish over the course of a few days.  However, you will still have some residual swelling that could take several weeks to go away completely. If you are having increased swelling or long term residual swelling, then i recommend going to see your board certified plastic surgeon for a post-op exam.

Depends…: Depending on how you define “healing time” your answer will vary. For example, most patients are able to return to work in about 2 weeks,  depending on the type of work. Most patients resume full activity within 2 months. On the other hand, incision line healing will continue ( and generally scars improved in appearance) over the course of one to 2 years.
