Yes: Itchy red skin is classic for allergic rashes, and these can present as small bumps (papules); they can also present as hives (raised lesions), macules (flat patches), and blisters. In some cases, especially when long-standing, skin can be dry & flaky and become thickened. The location of the rash on the body is important and can help make the diagnosis. A skin biopsy is needed in difficult cases.

i have been coming up in itchy raised bumps on my skin, i've not changed my diet and i'm not allergic to anything that i'm aware of. what could it be?

Skin rashes: Skin rashes need to be seen to get proper diagnosis and treatment. Based on your brief descriptions, raised bumps on your skin sound like urticaria or hives. If you have it recently, you can try otc antihistamine. Several etiologies may cause acute hives but otc is suffice. If it last longer than 6 weeks, or you have associated shortness of breath/ abdominal pain, you should come see an allergist.

everytime i get bit by a mosquito it leaves big hard itchy bumps on me and sometimes they hurt. could it be that i'm allergic to them?

Yes: Nearly everyone becomes allergic sooner or later to mosquito venom after a few bites. Try antihistamine. Some people get a huge reaction called Skeeter's syndrome which may require more intense treatment but neither is life-threatening.

i have itchy white bumps on my tongue due to an allergic reaction however now they seem to have fluid in them that taste like aspirin ?

Thrush: It is hard to say without seeing them but white spots on the tongue could be a fungal infection called thrush.  It could effect your taste sensation.  See your doctor for treatment.

tiny 1-2mm itchy red bumps have spread across my entire body since this morning and i would love to know if there is anything i can do to treat this. i haven't introduced anything new and been working from home all day, so can't pinpoint the source of this reaction. i've never experienced anything like this before. 
i have had bug bites on my ankles that are about 2 weeks old and were going away, but today have hardened and have clear puss. not sure if it's correlated.

Bug bites again?: The description of hard little nodules with clear puss do not suggest an allergic reaction since most allergies are hives (urticaria) or a localized contact dermatitis (like poison ivy). The description makes me think about chigger bites or other insect bites. This tend to happened if you have been outdoors or with pets. Treat with vigorous washing, 1% hydrocortisone creams and Benadryl

i have small itchy bumps with pus that looks like tiny whiteheads on my back, chest and face.  minor swelling.  allergic reaction to cold medicine?

Unlikely: sounds more like a folliculitis, which is inflammation or possible infection of hair follicles in the skin. Difficult to say: As you can imagine, rashes of any type are difficult to diagnosis definitively without an examination.  Recurring rashes can be due to allergies, eczema, infections or other causes.  Best to see your family doctor, internist, or dermatologist to get a diagnosis and treatment plan.

Skin rash: The differential is very large.  Could be sun exposure. Could be contact dermatitis.  I would follow up with your family physician or dermatologist and give a more detailed rendering. When did it happen? Was the child taking any medication at the time? Any travel history?
