Low back ache: Get a lumbar MRI since you could have lumbar disc prolapse numming your foot.

Itching: Dehydration would not usually be a cause.  This sounds more like it could be an infection. You should see your doctor for an evaluation.

Itching: I suggest you have your family doctor do a fungal culture on it first. If it is negative try an over the counter cortisone cream for a week. If it resolves then you are dealing with some form of a dermatitis.If the culture is positive .Your doctor will prescribe an anti fungal medication to resolve it. If neither of these approaches resolves it.Then a biopsy  is recommended.

Rosacea?: Without a photo, it is hard to say. One likely possibility is the skin condition called rosacea. It can be aggravated with alcohol and prone to flare ups from time to time. Rosacea is associated with an increased propensity toward acne and styes. To get an accurate diagnosis, you will most likely need to see a doctor in person or upload a high res photo.

often the bottom of my feet is itchy i have tried creams but it just itches more. any ideas?

: If the skin is normal (no redness, no rash or scaly or crack, etc.), you can try lidocaine 4% cream or ointment as needed for controlling itching for a day or two. If the skin does not look normal, you should see a doctor, a dermatologist is preferred, but you can still use lidocaine cream +/- allegra (OTC) for itching in the meantime.

See doctor: Burning at the vagina could be a variety of infections, a reaction to laudry detergent or body wash, etc. You will need to have a pelvic exam to further explain your problems.

Itchy bumps: Recurrent itchy bumps in between the buttocks could be an allergic reaction or insect bites. I think you should consult a dermatologist for evaluation and treatment.
