Bright spots in WM: 1-2 tiny bright spots in brain may be a non specific finding. This can be attributed to various causes such as damage to nerve cells or ischemia or other similar causes. Significance of these in real life situation is not clear at this time. If they are large, multiple or in certain delicate areas of brain and patient has neurological findings - they are significant.

General health: Xarelto is pretty effective in preventing strokes but “mini strokes” that cause these little areas can still occur.   If you have high blood pressure it must be controlled; definitely do NOT smoke; get regular aerobic exercise; eat a diet high in antioxidants (fruits &amp; vegetables especially) &amp; keep brain exercising with reading/word puzzles/Sodoku/bridge/etc

The : The good news is that there was no bleeding found in your brain or areas that are damaged due to lack of oxygen. Mild traumatic brain injury is a fancy way to say concussion. A concussion is defined as the result of the forceful motion of the head or impact causing a brief change in mental status or loss of consciousness for less than 30 minutes. 
Common symptoms include:
fatigue 
headaches 
visual disturbances 
memory loss 
poor attention/concentration 
sleep disturbances 
dizziness
irritability
emotional disturbances 
depression 
seizures
an important thing to note, is that these symptoms may not be present or noticed at the time of injury. It could take days or even weeks before any symptoms appear, and usually go unnoticed. 
There is nothing to worry about, you will be just fine.

But am concerned regarding fatigue, potential cognitive issues, associated with imbalance, and visual changes.  See a neurologist, and get full evaluation.  A lumbar puncture for spinal fluid analysis may provide answers, but blood studies would also be helpful
