why i feel cracking and popping sounds from my throat when i move my head from side to side?

: This is not an usual occurrence and reflects the sound of muscle contraction. The issue is not a cause for concern.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

can over extending your tongue damage any muscles or anything in throat? anytime i stick my tongue out or move my tongue side to side the back of my tongue hurts. what could it be? should i be concerned?

: Any over extension of the tongue normally should not hurt. This needs to be checked and may need multiple specialties like an Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon and / or an ENT.

Laryngeal crepitance: Sometimes we can feel the voice box move when we swallow. It is the same sound that is produced when we rock the voice box from side to side over the spine. There may even be a slight sound when this is done. This is normal. It should not be painful  though. I would have a doctor trained to look at that area check it if it is painful. An ENT doc can check it. Good luck.

when i move my upper body side to side i get breathing sound coming out of my mouth i can feel it in my throat sometimes it hurts my chest if i do it?

Not to worry: I think when you bend to the side it is pushing air out of your lung. Just breath out when you do it and it should be fine. If not then ask you parents to have it checked out.

when i move my eyes up, down, or side-to-side, i can feel thick mucus come down my throat. basically postnasal drip. if i wipe my eyes or even blink hard, the same thing happens - postnasal drip. what could be causing this? i also have nasal pressure?

: The only way I could connect your eye maneuvers to postnasal drip symptoms is if you have mucus buildup in your paranasal sinuses from allergies or infection. An ENT specialist could examine and advise you. CT scan of the sinuses may be recommended for further evaluation.

Many poss. causes : Given your age, degenerative causes predominate. I'll assume you did not suffer a trauma to your neck. Infection could also cause neck pain but much less commonly, mostly IV drug users. Best thing is to see a specialist in non-operative spine care. Physiatrists are M.D.'s who specialize in the non-operative treatment of musculoskeletal disorders. If you have arm symptoms, seek care soon.
