Tight socks: Tight socks won't cause blood clots.  In fact, special compression stockings are used in older people to help prevent blood clots from forming in the legs.  However, tight socks are bad for circulation in people of any age.  You should buy socks and shoes that are comfortable and that fit well, but are not too tight.

its my right big toe and it has been brown and flaky for a few months now. im not sure what is wrong with it, but i have put lotion on it and i have let it breathe for a while and not worn super tight shoes or kept socks on?

: I assume you mean the toenail is brown and flaky. You could be dealing with a fungal/bacterial infection of the toenail. Topical medicine can help oral medication also available. See your family doctor or podiatrist for diagnosis and treatment

Low risk: in General it would take a lot of constriction to cause stasis and clotting in the superficial veins, and very unlikely for the deep veins.
The stocking usually force flow to the deep veins to reduce stasis.
But get good fitting!

Lower leg: Tightness in the lower leg could come from different causes. Th e most serious condition could be caused by blockage in your venous system or veins.I would see a physician to exclude this

You probably: ought to have some clotting studies (eg: Platelet Count, PT  INR) (These are simple blood tests)

Your right leg: May have a different girth than your left, for example it may be slightly swollen compared to the opposite side.
