Turkey bacon: Turkey bacon has less fat on average compared to pork bacon. The fat is saturated fat in both animals.  Saturated fats are not healthy fats.

Hydration and fiber: Constipation can frequently be relieved with increased dietary fiber and drinking plenty of water.  One of the colon's primary jobs is to reabsorb water from the stool before it is excreted.  If you are not drinking enough water the stool can become dry and hard, leading to constipation.  Fruits and vegetables are a good source of dietary fiber.

Not really: Other than beer, specifically, diet has been shown to be less of a trigger than we used to think for acute gouty arthritis.

Rebound : Tachycardia(fast heart rates). Never a good idea to stop abruptly. These medications need to be tapered off over a period of time.

Accepted Answer

Yes: you should be able to stop if it is just once a day. There are no withdrawal symptoms associated with aspirin. Additionally a once a day dose is out of your system manner hours before you take your next dose.

Very common: Usually not a problem, but should be evaluated by your doctor yearly. A low fat diet,  and fitness with weight control can reduce risk factors.

Keep trying: Quitting smoking is extremely challenging but very necessary.  Most smokers try 7 times before quitting.  There are a number of medications, including chantix, which may increase your likelihood of quitting.  Stick with it and you'll succeed.  Work with your pcp.  Good luck.

122 is fine: It is entirely normal for blood sugar to rise to 122 or more after a meal; the "normal" level is up to 140. 
it you ate less the sugar wold probably not rise as much, but this is not necessary as your level is not of concern.

Other relief availab: The Trazadone is one medication which you can stop and it will leave the body completely within 4-6 weeks. However, there are other medications that can help you sleep and remain calm that can be taken while the Trazadone is leaving your body; sublingual Melatonine can be taken for example.

With care: As long as your bacon has not been cross-contaminated with trace amounts of gluten, you should be fine.
