is there a such thing as a floating cyst?

Rarely: After looking at google search results, a couple of cases of floating cysts are found. One is a tiny cyst (a little round thing with liquid in the center) floating in the liquid of the eyeball in front of the pupil and iris. Another is a cyst in the abdomen of a fetus (it formed from an ovary that had twisted off its normal connections). Floating cyst just means it is not connected to something.

Calcium : Calcium deposits can be present in malignant tissue, or in non malignant tissue.  It sounds like you did not have your situation described to your satisfaction, or have all of your quesitons answered.  I would recommend that you see a breast surgeon and have him/her review your mammogram, and give their recommendations, to be sure that you feel comfortable.

my ultrasound report showed that i have free floating anechogenic liquid near my right ovary that has a 1.6 cm hemorrhagic cyst. is this fluid the same as ascites, and this can be an indication of ovarian cancer?

: All imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, what you described could be a normal cyst that forms as part of ovulation.

Breast lesion ?: Thick walled cystic lesion with turbidity may be abscess secondary to mastitis, and is not by itself indicative of more serious breast lesions detected by mammography.  If pain is involved, get a referral to a surgeon for exam and treatment.

i have a pilar cyst and i know the best thing is too remove it but is it fine if i just leave it there. is there any risk? can it turn malignant?

No risk: Remove it if inflamed, painful, ugly, or just because you hate it. NEVER malignant. Perfectly safe to ignore it. It is tax-free. Exactly where is it? Size? Tender? If punctured and drained, it will grow back. Removal is best if the entire capsule is delivered intact.

my 13 month old has a fluid filled cyst looking thing on her palate- i just noticed it today- bothers if touched- does she need to be seen- is this no?
