Yes: Most people who develop kidney  stones around the same time every year is usually during the summer time when the temperature is hotter. This is when people do not drink enough fluids and become dehydrated and/or get concentrated urine which will increase chances of forming kidney stones. Also, a poor kidney stone diet during this time period will also increase chances of forming stones.

Cyclic stones: Probably due to environmental/exertional and lifestyle changes that occur throughout the year - more active/need more fluid intake, warmer(colder) weather/need more fluid intake, different diet (more salt in summer months/need more fluid 9and decrease sodium intake).

Need a specialist: It sounds like you've read or been told correctly: increase water/fluids and decrease sodium. You might have had residual stone debri as a cause or you may have an infection related type stone. There are also genetic, inherited, and dietary causes of stones that simply increasing fluids and cutting back on sodium will not address. You should seek the care of a nephrologist for further testing.

i had a kidney stone before but it was passed before 10days, but there is slightly pain left in my kidney or may b in ureter. i don't knw the reason ?

Stone: I would suggest a urinalysis and an exam to make sure you don't have a UTI. You may need an X-ray to make sure it's not a new or residual stone.  Also you should have a CT Urogram or IVP if you've never had one to make sure there are no anatomical issues.
