No panic time yet: Get an ekg and even better to wear  a heart monitor for a couple of days to get to the bottom of it.

can aed machines have tracking devices?

AED : AED devices have algorhythms in the ir programming to analyze heart activity. I am not aware of any tracking function for the device itself.

Train for them: That means 1. Good diet. 2. Physical fitrness that can only be achieved through plenty of hard exercise.

Need exam: You may be iron and/or vitamin d deficient simply because these are common; your physician can check and if the former, help determine why. I do not know exactly what you mean by weak bones, but suspect this is muscle pain; if you're keeping up in athletics it is probably not major muscle disease but again a physician's office visit is in order. Good luck. I want to heard others' ideas.

over the last 3 months, i have been trying to lose weight by eating significantly better (calorie tracking) and by getting 5 days of moderate intensity workout. is there anything that i should be doing differently? how much time does it take?

: You have the right approach. Just note that once you lose some weight, you may need to reduce your caloric intake further to keep losing weight. Also be on the watch for your eating habits, as most people regain the weight they lose, unless they make permanent changes to their life style.

i'm a 40 y.o. male. i train pretty intensely both cardio and/or weightlifting 6 days a week. recently i started tracking my hr. my resting hr is around 50-55 but my max hr during workouts typically goes over 195 (up to 205) should i be concerned?

Cardiologist visit: Your concern is accurate, as that is above an average expected max HR for a 40 year old, particularly given your athletic resting heart rate (which is quite good).  A cardiology evaluation and possibly echocardiogram may be useful to determine why your heart rate is compensating for something structural or functional in your hear. (My answer is assuming you are not taking work out stimulants).

Unfortunately : Cellulite is a skin problem. Exercises to reduce overall body fat may help decrease the amount of fat and make it less obvious. Several gimmicks are advertised that are ineffective. Consult a board certified plastic surgeon for options.

The best exercises: and related equipment are the ones we are most likely t use.  My personal choice is a treadmill because you can adjust the speed, listen to ipod, etc.easily while exercising.  Peace and good health.
