Normal placenta: Placentas do not begin their development normally until 10 or more weeks gestation as the corpus luteum of the ovary provides all the needed progesterone to sustain the developing fetus through the first trimester.

i went to the gynae and my baby is due for the 19 of march but now the dr advises that i give birth earlier around the 19th due to fluid around the placenta being around 4cm and the babies waist also just within the range. bt i want the date of da 19?

: The health of your baby and you are more important than the date of the birth. It is vital for you to follow your OB Dr's advice and treatment plan in order to avoid stillbirth and other devastating outcomes. If your pregnancy is greater than 37 weeks it is considered full term and safe to deliver.

i had a miscarriage because my babies were in the same sac i only pass 1 placenta can i have a healthy baby getting pregnant 4 months time?

Yes: Did the babies die in utero and the labor follows? Even though it was a monochorionic monoamniotic pregnancy (same sac, one placenta), miscarriage of a viable pregnancy is uncommon. This type of pregnancy is at increase risk for intrauterine fetal death not miscarriage at 18 weeks. Usually, Steroids are administered early for fetal lung maturity and delivery by C-section at about 32 weeks.

No : Bending over has nothing to do with both of the situations ,but I will advise you avoid bending too much in pregnancy just to make sure you donot get any back nerve pinching or back pain problems

ultrasound tech report: twin as placenta is anterior with a portion that appears to wrap posterior along the lateral aspect of the uterus. there is also a small amount of blood clot overlying the cervix does this mean im going to lose my babies?

: With location of "twin A's placenta" showing a portion overlying the cervical canal, it is common for bleeding to occur (producing a clot "overlying the cervix").  Uterine contractions can separate a portion of the placenta, causing the "clot", but the placenta has suitable reserve.  See your OB and get a referral to a MFM OB MD.

Placental bloodflow: There are many situations like hypertension that affect the placenta's ability to nourish your baby.  The doctor will keep a close eye on the baby's  health by special testing and may even deliver the baby early.

Not yet: If you have been tested for gestational Diabetes and are negative, then at 16.5 weeks there is a long way to go in the pregnancy to worry.

Retained placenta: Placenta in uterus prevents the uterus from contracting totally to stop the bleeding. The hemorrhagia can be severe. The retained part of the placenta can lead also to infection.
