By definition, if: Called mild hypokinesis, then it is abnormally decreased left ventricle wall motion.

There is a range of normal, based on visual inspection, heart size and experience, but when the wall motion is less than expected, it is hypokinetic.  Mild hypokinesis generally means nearly normal, but it is not a normal variant.

transient precordial (v1-v3) t-wave inversions; what could be the cause in a young adult? i've gotten the opinions of multiple doctors and have heard everything from normal variant to vasospastic angina to brugada syndrome. don't know what to think?

: I think all of these are possible. Discuss with your local Dr who knows you and has seen ECG and you. Never think that Medicine is easy.  Would be good to know why it was done.

Probably: Pelviectasis is a general term used to describe dilation of the renal pelvis, or collecting system of the kidney and, generally, is clinically insignificant. 
Hydronephrosis also refers to dilation of the renal pelvis, But has the added connotation that the pathology was caused by an obstructive process, such as a kidney stone or in your case the peripelvic cyst of Rt kidney. Unremarkable finding.

lung functytest results - the fev1/fvc ratio is mildly reduced, findings may be suggestive of mild obstructed lung disease vs normal variant  . what does this mean? my doctor is out for a week, will talk with her later. extream dyspnea/sputum?

: The severity of the abnormality of the lung function test is not as important as how you feel. You obviously had previous evaluation is why you had the lung function test. It is important to follow the agreed treatment plan until you could see her. If you smoke or around people that do/dust/fumes stay away to allow the inflammation in your lungs to get better. Bad dyspnea? go to ER or urgent care.

Normal variant: One of the collections of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in your head is larger than normal, but is of no significance. We call it mega cisterna manga and it is a "normal variant" of "normal" anatomy. No need to worry.

There may: be no treatment necessary.  It may be a transient appearance, may be normal for you, or may be due to mild obstruction.  Some further testing might be necessary to determine what's next.

Under the age of 40 these criteria lose their predictive power and may or may not accurately predict this problem. ie I bet all ok

Probably normal: T wave abnormality is quite frequent and is deemed normal variant in most cases, due mostly to non cardiac causes such as anxiety and being atheletic.Tall or peaked T waves can also be seen in hyper kalemia (hygh level of potassium). A simple blood test should be enough to confirm normal levels.

why there's so many people and doctors so scared about omicron variant? maybe i'm mistaken it but i read that the symptoms are mild like a cold , i know is more contagious but with those symptoms why the hysteria?

: ON AVERAGE, COVID-19 caused by Omicron tends to be milder. But there's still a range from totally asymptoamtic to severe infection, and plenty of Omicron infections require hospitalization and sometimes are fatal, especially in people with underlying medical conditions and/or who have not been vaccinated. If you haven't been vaccinated, do it ASAP!

why would a doc say that my daughters baby had a dandy walker variant but it was normal and baby is healthy?

See below: Dandy walker variant is less severe than then the "malformation."  a wide range of symptoms/outcomes are seen since the 4th ventricle is mildly enlarged  along with the post. Fossa. Usually 25% can have hydrocephalus , but CNS variances are uncommon.  Close follow up with your pediatrician in monitoring growth of head,  & overall progress in development is needed.
