Overdoing it: There seems to be a myth in human experience that 'more is better'. In medicine it is proven over and over and over again that in almost all instances more is dangerous, less effective and causes more problems.  Taking two different vitamins is unnecessary and puts extra strain on your liver and such. I would advise picking one and sticking to it.

Vitamin and protein: There shouldn't be any reason why you can't take both.  The work together to enhance performance of a physical activity.

Vitamins: I don't know what kind of multivitamin you're talking about -- different ones have different contents and fillers.  As long as you are not sensitive to corn or other fillers in it, nature made stress b complex should be fine.  Be sure to look at how much vit c is in your other vitamin, because your "b complex" has 500 mg in it also.  You can get loose stools from more vit c than you can tolerate.

Why?: Two multivitamins will do the same as one:  mostly nothing. Multivitamins are usually safe and not effective.  If you have a lab proven vitamin deficiency, then take that vitamin. Otherwise, save  your money and buy a gym membership.  Exercise has proven health benefits.  Multivitamins usually benefit the seller.

Very safe: This is totally safe, "Too much nourishment" is not a problem. 
However, while the multivitamin and Omega-3 are best after a meal, magnesium is better absorbed on an empty stomach and may be best to take in the evening as it tends to be relaxing.

Unneccessary: B vitamins are all water-soluble, so excess is excreted in the urine.  Therefore, it is generally safe to take extra B-vitamins, but there is no medical reason to do so, unless you have been diagnosed with a deficiency or are at risk of a deficiency due to certain medications or conditions.  In general, try to get your nutrients from healthy foods.

Yes: Multivitamin supplements contain vitamins and minerals. There is no adverse side effects to taking them together. Since you are on blood thinners, avoid supplements that contain vitamin E, fish oils, Turmeric and gingko biloba as these also thin the blood. Talk to your dr about why you are using 3 blood thinning meds. Plavix and Elaquis taken together can dramatically increase your bleeding risk.
