Yes: These are safe though I wouldn't take them all at once. I advise the multivitamin after breakfast, the probiotic at the start of a meal, the fish oil after lunch or dinner,  apple cider vinegar in water separate from meals and the psyllium at bedtime.

: You can, although there is no proven benefit doing  so, and because supplements are not regulated, it is no guarantee that you would actually be getting what The label says you will get. You also have to be careful of interactions between your supplements and any medication that you may take. Good luck.

Yes: Apple cider is safe as long as it is pasturized as is apple cider vinegar.If the tablets are made from a pasturized apple cider they should be safe.

Methotrexate: 1. Yes you can take BC pills while on methotrexate, you don't want to get pregnant while on the drug, better use as well an extra method for more protection, e.g a barrier. 
2. Better space out the folic acid from the methotrexate dose, possible antagonism, a minor interaction though.
3. As for apple cedar vinegar, don't drink it straight, dilute a 1-2 tbl spoons in a glass of water and sip it

Weight loss: Please don't count on this for weight loss. To lose weight insure that calories burned exceed calories consumed. Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water /day. Try for 8 hrs of sleep/night.  Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables &amp; 4 of fruit per day. Use whole grains. Avoid sodas, alcohol &amp; junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic &amp; weight lifting exercises.

These 2 things work for sure and it does not cost money: low calorie diet (low carb and saturated fat) and exercise.

Caution: The answer depends on how you want to use apple cider vinegar. If you use it as a salad dressing, you should be fine. But taken as a daily medical treatment, it could be a little more risky. Yes, some studies of apple cider vinegar are intriguing. But a lot more research needs to be done. Right now, there is not enough evidence that apple cider vinegar -- or any vinegar -- has any health benefit.

For weight loss?: Apple cider vinegar is safe to use , but it will not make you lose weight . 

Reduce the amount of food you east and stop  eating and do not eat fructose , high fructose corn syrup, and cut down on carbohydrates to lose weight.
