Methotrexate: 1. Yes you can take BC pills while on methotrexate, you don't want to get pregnant while on the drug, better use as well an extra method for more protection, e.g a barrier. 2. Better space out the folic acid from the methotrexate dose, possible antagonism, a minor interaction though. 3. As for apple cedar vinegar, don't drink it straight, dilute a 1-2 tbl spoons in a glass of water and sip it
