Took a tsp of apple cider vinegar raw. bottle says it was diluted with water to 5% acid strength. was it safe to take it raw and what are my risks ?

Same strength as pickle juice. No issues. Bear in mind that cider vinegar does not cure, treat or prevent any diseases. Whatever you think you were taking it for will not get better. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
