Not good idea: Any medication has side effects. If taken on a long time, it is not a good idea to take it with an empty stomach, especially if associated with other drugs. Constipation is a common side effect and diet should be adjusted or the codein stopped.

After days: Usually only after several days of therapy will the opioid codeine contribute to constipation. If you've been on it for days, it may be the codeine. If you just recently started this regimen, I might suspect something else (diet, lack of hydration or movement).

NO: Hi, Tylenon#3 has Codeine itself so I don't recommend taking Codeine and doubling the dose as it might increase the risk of toxicity. If your pain is not well controlled then talk to your doctor for adjustment of your pain medication.

Could be: Try taking antatcids to see if that helps.  Avoid codeine as it can cause constipation

: Be careful as this product can cause drowsiness. Don't operate machinery or drive for at least 6 hours after taking it. Don't drink alcohol and also follow instructions while taking it. You might want to validate this information with your pharmacist as I have no experience prescribing this medication but I note ,except for the tablet form, it's' considered safe for children.

No-: Vomiting is caused by something that locally irritates the  opal cavity or intestinal tract or a central nervous system stimulant such as a noxious smell. that activates a center in the brain. It can also be caused by intestinal blockage or intense pain. It has little to do with what is in the G.I. tract . The noxious stimulant causes a reversal of the usual pattern of intestinal motion

i cant take nexium empty stomach first thing in morning due to some reason.is it ok to take it about 2 hrs after meal at night before sleeping.

Yes, but...: The nexium will still work but ideally it should be taken first thing in the morning before food. I would say if you want to take it in the evening, then take it about an hour before your evening meal and make sure to take it every day. Hope this helps.
